“In the first half of the current year, based on 1,867,375 passenger feedback responses, the national satisfaction level with airport services reached 74.8%,” Amirani stated. “This marks a 4.6% increase compared to the same period last year—an unprecedented improvement for Iran’s airports in recent years.”
He emphasized that enhancing the quality of airport services remains a top priority. “In line with our strategies, the provision of airport services nationwide is steadily improving,” he added.
Amirani concluded, “In addition to evaluating performance through the Integrated System for Assessment and Monitoring of Airport Service Quality, we are also focusing heavily on identifying and addressing specific problems. This will allow us to further enhance the quality of our airport services, both in terms of software and hardware infrastructure.”
