Bushehr Ports Launch 13 Infrastructure Projects Worth Over $840 Million

sa The Director General of Ports and Maritime of Bushehr Province announced the commencement of 13 construction, infrastructure, and equipment projects across the province's ports, coinciding with Government Week.

Siavash Arjmandzadeh stated that a total of 44,030 billion Iranian rials (approximately over $840 million) has been allocated for these projects.

"During this week, construction work on seven projects worth 41,708 billion rials will begin," Arjmandzadeh said. "Additionally, six projects valued at 2,322 billion rials will become operational and enter the service cycle for the province's maritime and port community."

He emphasized that developing port and maritime infrastructure plays a crucial role in enhancing safety, facilitating commercial activities, and supporting the province's maritime sector.

"These projects are aimed at strengthening infrastructure, increasing operational capacity, and improving service levels in Bushehr's ports," he added.

Arjmandzadeh expressed hope that the implementation of these projects would lead to greater growth and dynamism in port and maritime activities, improved service quality, and increased satisfaction among residents, economic stakeholders, and the maritime community of the province.
