Kuwait-Tehran Flights by Jazeera Airways launched

Jazeera Airways Imam Khomeini Airport City (IKAC) increases its flights.

Tehran, July 15 (MRUD NEWS)—Saeed Chalandari, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Imam Khomeini Airport City (IKAC), announced about launching Jazeera Airways flights on the Kuwait-Tehran route and the increase of flights to Imam Khomeini Airport City.

Following expansion of economic relations of Iran with neighboring countries, the first flight of Jazeera Airways on the Kuwait-Tehran route landed in Imam Khomeini Airport, the CEO of Imam Khomeini Airport City (IKAC) informed. 

According to the schedule presented by Jazeera Airways, this airline is supposed to have 2 weekly flights on Sundays and Fridays between Kuwait and Tehran and vice versa.

As the most equipped airport and the most important entry and exit airport of Iran, Imam Khomeini Airport City has necessary infrastructure and capacity to increase flights, and we will witness increase of flights in this airport city in the future, Chalandari said. 

According to Chalawari, currently 42 airlines fly to 63 destinations in 30 countries from Imam Khomeini Airport.

Currently Kuwait Airways has 3 weekly flights between Kuwait and Tehran and vice versa.
