Tehran, July 17 (MRUD NEWS)—A few minutes ago, Iran Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Mehrdad Bazrpash, welcomed Shahin Mustafayev, First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, at Iran-Azerbaijan Border in Astara.  

The meeting of the heads of Iran-Azerbaijan Joint Economic Commission, with the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, will be held today in the border city of Astara.

After Iranian delegation welcomed Azerbaijan delegation on the Astrachai Bridge, the two sides will visit the new bridge under construction and the Astara railway Terminal.

On June 21, Bazrpash and Mustafayev, in a telephone call, talked about development of economic relations between Iran and Azerbaijan and completion of the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC). As the head of Iran, Azerbaijan Joint Economic Commission, Bazrpash emphasized on implementing projects which had been on agenda.
