Tehran, December 26 (MRUD NEWS)—The first ro-ro ship berthed at the Anzali Port in the north of Iran on December 23, the director general of Gilan Ports and Maritime Organization, Hossein Yousefi, informed.

137 automobiles from Russia to Armenia and 273 automobiles from the UAE to Aktau in Kazakhstan transit through Anzali Port and in the following days 500 vehicles will load the cargo.

Yousefi informed of increasing the regular shipping lines and container liners in Anzali Port and also the growth in oil and non-oil transit.

The higher productivity is the result of marketing and reduction of administrative bureaucracies, he further added.
