Public Satisfaction with Airport Services Exceeds 72 Percent

fghdd The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the CEO of the Iranian Airports and Air Navigation Company(IAC) stated: The average level of public satisfaction with airport services in the country has, for the first time, exceeded 72 percent in 95 percent of airports.

Mohammad Amirani noted: In the first half of the current year, based on 1,867,375 feedback responses from passengers, the level of public satisfaction with airport services in the country reached 74.8 percent. Compared to the same period last year, This marks a 4.6% increase compared to the same period last year—an unprecedented improvement in recent years for Iran’s airports.

 Amirani declared: Enhancing the quality of services at the country’s airports for all is our priority, and according to the planned strategies, the provision of airport services across the country is experiencing a positive growth rate.

He went on to conclude: Alongside the performance evaluation of the Integrated System for Assessment and Monitoring of Airport Service Quality in the Iran’s airports, major attention has also been given to identifying certain problems at airports so that the quality of airport services—both in terms of software and hardware—can be further improved across the country’s airports.
